Some insurers, empathetic to the difficulties facing many policyholders, offered options for payment flexibility to those they insure. Certain states even mandated this flexibility.
However, communicating this offer to policyholders proved to be difficult for some carriers. Quick-turnaround communications aren’t something that their document output systems are built to execute on.

We worked with a client to create a one page letter they could send to policyholders conveying the payment flexibility options they were able to offer during COVID. We turned the entire initiative around in just a few days, enabling them to reach policyholders with the information in a timely manner.
