Increase Fueled by The General and Expansion of BriteCore Relationship

BOSTON, Mass. - March 6, 2019 - Shifting consumer expectations, heavily influenced by technological advancements, have dramatically changed the nature of policyholder communications in the insurance industry. MassPrinting, operating at the intersection of policyholder communications and technology, emerged in 2018 as a leading solution for insurance carriers looking to adapt to meet the expectations of policyholders.

Today MassPrinting announced it increased year-over-year insurance services revenue in 2018 by 24%.The company’s products and services helped carriers across the country solve their document output challenges and evolve to meet the demands of tomorrow’s policyholders.

2018 Highlights

Client Growth - MassPrinting’s 2018 revenue growth was driven by its new relationship with The General® and the addition of nine new clients through its partnership with BriteCore, including CFM Insurance and Loudoun Mutual Insurance Company. Building on the success of 2018, the pipeline for 2019 is already surpassing revenue added in 2018.

Technology Investment - MassPrinting invested in a new technology infrastructure that will allow it to offer clients expanded technology products and solutions, as well as quicker implementations. This technology infrastructure and corresponding products is planned to be brought to market in 2019.
