MassPrinting Increases Insurance Services Revenue 31% in 2019

Increase Fueled by The Onboarding of 10 New Insurance Clients

BOSTON, Mass. – April 29, 2020 – MassPrinting, the leader in document output solutions, today announced that it increased year-over-year revenue from insurance services by 31%.

“The 2019 fiscal year brought increased interest from insurance carriers looking to modernize document output,” said Andy Pallotta, President of MassPrinting. “More and more insurers realized that in-house document output solutions weren’t producing the productivity, efficiency, or scalability gains they were looking for. At the same time, many were looking for something more specialized and focused than legacy options like general print vendors. With our experience in both insurance and document output, we’ve established a strong place in the market.”

2019 Highlights

Client Growth - MassPrinting’s 2019 revenue growth was driven by the benefit of a full year of revenue from its insurance client additions in 2018, growth from the current client base, and the addition of ten new insurance clients. The early pipeline for 2020 also looks strong, with many current clients interested in MassPrinting’s future product offerings.

Technology Investment - MassPrinting invested in a new technology infrastructure in 2019, facilitating expanded product development, as well as quicker implementations. This technology infrastructure and the products it will enable are planned to hit the market in 2020.

“Technology was a big focus for us last year,” stated Pallotta. “It’s always been part of our company DNA, but we’ve really doubled down on it as policyholders have demanded more from their carriers.
